No progression and no recognition for previous experience in the industry thus leading you to have no real authority in your day to day role. Good starting point for people new to the industry but for those that have experience or want to progress I am not sure.
Worked there for just under 2 years, have nothing but good things to say. Friendly staff, great working atmosphere in a beautiful part of the country. Throughly miss it. Specifically the IT team I worked with were highly skilled and a great group .
