For a small company especially, it's very well organized and process-driven, but also constantly improving and growing quickly. The owner places an emphasis on providing a path into an otherwise difficult field to get into through the resident program and internships. The workforce is distributed and almost entirely remote. Great team and receptive leadership.

The workforce is distributed and almost entirely remote. Salaries are very competitive for small and mid-market geographical areas, but some might find them on the lower end for HCOL areas. Not a place to advance a sales career as there are no commissions - only solid financial advice.
