Because of a recent split in the company, the Manila department sort of got neglected. Working conditions went down the drain, strict company policies started getting enforced. Meeting rooms are no longer available, there's no privacy when consulting a manager regarding sensitive topics, and it feels like the vision went from productivity and development to micromanagement. Even before then, problems were always present when it comes to engineering direction. Timelines are always indefinite, business decisions constantly shift the priorities of long-planned initiatives, and the lack of human resources on Product results in poorly refined tasks.
