Good benefits, cool DEI initiatives, annual raises, excellent coworkers (most of the time)

Upper management/administration is super out of touch with frontline staff and their needs, really low staffing across branches but still hiring a bunch of random HR positions, budget mainly goes to buying like hundreds of copies of Patterson or Roberts books that get tossed in a month or two but then staff have to work with small programming budgets.
