I relocated to Brighton to join the Bandwidth Team in March 2016. Having been here for 6+ months and seeing the ins and outs of daily life within the Bandwidth family, it resonates that we are becoming a stronger unit. The team brings a range of skills and experience to support each area/job role in the entity growing the business and relationships (personal and professional) every day. The professional growth for the individual and team envelops similarities from a corporate and family business environment. for me this is key and great value to my personal development.

I can't think of any cons as my immediate thoughts come to the occasional long hours. This is in every job and I believe in a healthy work/recreational lifestyle. The reason I don't see this as a con is, yes on occasion you do work longer hours however the rewards are far greater and easily outweigh the extra time put in.

A professional/ adult environment where everyone is interested in your professional development and growth. The team is fantastic and extremely supportive. You are encouraged to immerse yourself in the industry you are recruiting for and to truly connect with your clients and their needs, excellent service is provided to all. More quality orientated than most, this company puts their clients and candidates first. You get to work on some very interesting vacancies from clients all over the globe - no two days are the same!

None about the company really but Recruitment in general requires a degree of resilience. If you love it then it's great!
