Great company culture. Very supportive team. Latest technology stack. Constant learning. Very friendly management and HR team. The delivery speed and growth pace at Banfico are great. I was pleasantly surprised to find a company like this in Coimbatore. If we are asked to work late for urgent deliveries, we are compensated with extra paid leave. Company day is celebrated with a weekend trip, which is really fun. We get a bonus at the end of the year if we do well. This is not offered for everyone, though.

More structured technical training is needed to work on banking projects to help new joiners. Roles and responsibilities need to have better clarity. Often BAs and senior developers seem to pass on the blame and responsibility to each other. Though it's a global company, they do not offer any on-site opportunities, which is disappointing.
