The company after two years of full time work has showed concern and gives a voice to its employees. Treatment is superb and they create the best life/work balance available. It is a demanding job but compensation is good and management is pleasant to work with day to day.

Not may cons maybe some extra bonus money but other than that very good overall.

We as team of Bankai grown from 5 employees to 200 employees in 7 years with performance of 100 million USD Revenue. Our goal is to achive 1 billion USD revenue with our unique business model in vertical Telecom Multimedia Technology.

We are still improving in our corporate governance and project mabagment. Our goal is to eshtablish best visibility and transperancy for our stakeholders for that we still need to work lot.
