Vantaggi
I can't think of anything, to be honest.
Svantaggi
I'm not sure if it was just my unit or if it happens everywhere on every unit, but this was an absolutely horrifying experience. Employees will backstab each other in order to get closer to the very mediocre and unprofessional managers. I have never worked with a more immature group. There are far too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. People will do anything to climb their corporate ladder and they do it unethically. I hated this place. The CEO was so kind, wonderful, uplifting and inspiring when we did our orientation, but after the orientation, he will not so much as even look in your direction. I said "Hi" to him, at one point, and he just (literally) stuck his nose up to the air. It'd a shame they have bought so many hospitals. I think, because of this, they feel they can treat employees like crap because employees fear they'll never be able to work, again. I was unimpressed. So happy to be gone.
