The atmosphere in the workplace and all the people in it make it such a great company to work for. It's a very low stress and easy job. All the managers go above and beyond to help you in every way possible. The people you meet and conections you make here will last forever. It's so much more than your average workplace/job.

The downside from working here I would say is the pay and there's not much movement for career opportunities in the company at this moment. But They still have so much to offer and the workplace enviorment most definitely makes up for it. You can still learn many skills that can help you in your future endeavors.

Great work environment, fun, relaxed but outcome oriented. It's not "like" everyone is a friend, everyone "is" a friend, makes the day go by faster. No bureaucracy, direct access to management and owner. Cool perks for such a small company like medical, office gym, electric vehicle charging and IRA contributions.

Objectively there's only so much a small company can provide for it's employees, so i can't fault them for not being able/wanting to do more then they already have.
