They force you to drink beer. Every shift. Could wear anything.

Svantaggi

Management was very sketchy. The company is sold as family and quirky individuality. In fact, they they treat you very little like family. It is an extreme corporate atmosphere. The majority of Upper Management I dealt with was condescending and surprisingly religious. You can keep it, they are selling something they do not posses.

-I have seen the company go out of their way to help their employees and seen a lot of effort put forward from the home office to stay connected to the operational staff at each store. -Growing Company with a lot of opportunities for management and hourly staff -Hospitality Focus -Quality of Food -Open to input from operational staff

-work life balance can be inconsistent for staff members between different stores.
