Friendly people and most have worked there for a long time so there are individuals that have a lot of knowledge when it comes to tenant referencing.

Lack of transparency, no flexibility policy in place as this depends on your manager, Poor senior leadership with no real expertise in developing a tech product for referencing. Pretty much the blind leading the blind here and because most of the heads of whatever department have been here for most of their careers, they don’t know any better or are motivated to do any better. Very little progression for anyone starting their careers and in fact would avoid this if you are just out of uni or exploring career options because this place will set you back.

Overarching culture was good at a high level

The culture was not seen through to team leader level with different rules and boundaries for colleagues without context
