First year managemment promises good bonuses, promotions, in exchange to long hours of product development and sleepless nights of product support, but then delivers nothing at the end of the year. If you happen to stick for another year you will loose even more in your total comp. But there always be a story that it's not you, it's market situation that drives your comp down.
