Well where can i start. If there was a minus rating i would give that. What an awful branch to work for. My upmost stressful and intimidating role at Walsall Park Street. Segregation of staff members- where certain colours were favoured. Higher staff thinking they could leave earlier than most staff working. Leaving staff to remain until late evenings , ie. 7-8pm. Poor support or even no support at all, would sit at the back and gossip about love lives, on facebook. Were spoken about behind your backs and given stupid face reactions. No career progression. I would never ever recommend this job to anyone. Awful awful branch!!
