Great benefits, flexible working hours, great technology, chill people. After 9 years in the aerospace industry, this has easily been my favorite job. A lot less "mean nerd" types and way more down to earth people than I was used to.

Large organization, sometimes overly bureaucratic and can be slow to move. Management is changing however; they're getting more technical people in higher level roles, and things are improving.
