Repetitiveness off the role, calls micromanaged and scrutinised. Expected to answer next call within seconds, no time to do additional tasks. Shifts are all over, no set shifts and you can be doing any range off shift between 7am and 8pm, and if your phone calls at 7.59 your expected to take call past end off your shift and get toil, which you can never take back as it is far too busy. In the middle off a pandemic it is also difficult to be dealing with irate customers, or people in difficult circumstances which can affect your own well being. Not for sensitive people.

Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
