There are a lot of opportunities to learn business (on the job and training). Good work-life balance, flexible working hours and good salary. Technical training are also provided. Opportunity to change project after one year. Relaxed office environment.
Svantaggi
Approving new technologies is hard, approving almost anything is hard. If you're on a bad project the code can be a disaster. Promotion process is quite unclear and often changing. Not many opportunities to travel to different locations.
