Terrible - Recensione dipendente - Personal Banker presso Barclays

They terminated my employment while on medical. And now I have been fighting in court for over 6 months. Barclays as a company has traumatized and exploited me. I hope that doesn't happen With anyone else. If the employees aren't required Then they shouldn't hire any. Recession cant be the reason to throw of the good ones for stupid reasons. They expected me to report to work within 20 days of a major knee surgery post an accident. They didnt accept the fact that the manager was at fault for not sending the documents above to the operations. But at the end I had to pay for all the chaos someone else created.
