Starting with the CEO, He is the most disrespectful guy you will ever come across. I was in a meeting with him once, a work related meeting and all he was doing was vaping![I am a woman and I am the only one who knows how uncomfortable I was] The director is awful who has no boundaries. she made people work on Diwali, weekends, any occasions. She is utterly arrogant and if you think complaining to the HR or CEO would help, forget it because the only answer you will get is, that's the way she is. She has deliberately abused and belittled people. There is no proper HR, it keeps changing in every few months, they don't even have a system for the number of holidays an employee gets. if it gets approved, its paid.
