At the property you are the front line for the company and get to create lasting impressions on people. You are also able to create your own ideas and input that matches along side the processes and policies. Your feedback is often asked for and considered during the growth and changes.

You do work alone most days and it can sometimes become quite busy and you can't always get everything you had planned done when you had hoped for. On other days, (especially when you maintain your property well regularly) it is slower and you may feel you have to find something to pass the time but there is always something that can be done! Time management, self motivation and prioritizing are a must have!
