- has grown into a bit of behemoth, very confusing to navigate if you're not naturally comfortable in large corporate environments - junior salaries feel low relative to amount of effort required - salaries held flat over the last three years - value of consulting work seems to be falling in real terms - clear and unashamed wealth extraction from the juniors to the partners - this is just how it is in these kind of consulting firms - you slave away with the expection of making it some day... - the usual corporate babble about DEI but I think about 90% of people I worked with went to some form of private school, so, y'know... - Adrian (last CEO) was a weird perma-tanned Mormon robot who allowed dubious pro-faith interest groups to develop in the office - fortunately there is a new CEO who seems like a normal human being
