Low Miles , Micro manage , No dispatch or real planners.. Lots of sitting sometimes 20-25 hrs maybe more on wknd.. Get all the loads nobody wants or will take.. Go to alot of sh*t warehouses , really off the grid.. Never give you actual appt times , no consistency, Pickup or delivery lots of times in rush hour major cities .. No respect for your time or clock.. Lots of local runs but you're a mileage paid driver ,smdh!! Cameras, 65 mph , Lots of Northeast.. Revolving door can't keep drivers , too many rules and regulations.. Make #sh up as they go!! Drop n Hook should be smooth ,not here with all their made up stuff.. Lots of time wasted , lots of back roads ,highways & going thru cities.. Trucking's already a hard enough & trying career , without all the added stressors at this company.. Most of them of their own manufacturing!! Seems to be lot's of inexperienced newbies here if you pay attention..
