      It’s contract Work so if they lose the contract you could lose your job but they are pretty good at finding new contracts and contract renewals.

      Upper management is super transparent and works directly with you to find positions within the company if you want a change of pace. Supports some great contracts and has interesting work for their employees. Incredible people to work with. Compared to other sub-contractors, the pay is slightly higher, bonuses too.

      My contract manager is more hands-off than I would like, but that's personal preference too.
