There are lots of experienced people to learn from. There are opportunities to grow personally and professionally. Being in the trades means there is always some work to do.

Priorities change often. Goals/projects don't always get across the finish line.

Nice people and have an open door policy to talk. Always trying to reinvent the company. They offer a work van and pay is pretty decent. They also offer free training.

The talk goes no where. Management is clueless, pawning their responsibilities on the employee. Little to no information when going to the job. Also leaving you short handed. ( Working alone in an attic or crawl space). Will give you a person not qualified for you trade to help you. They say full benefits but they are the lowest quality Expected to work long hours. They want you to be available from 7 to 5. Even you are not scheduled.
