Very micromanaged. Daily questions about what you’re doing in the cameras that are facing you in the tractors. Very stressful environment around the favoritism. Horrible training procedures. Turnover rate is very high, only a few drivers over 4 years out of 20. Most drivers are gone within a year. Management is sneaky and will let you do what you need too to get done very fast. Toxic environment. Stay away.
