      - Majority managers are good, loyal to company and aproachble. - Have got very interesting projects on the mobile application space. - Sometimes Directors get personally involved in work & good work can be seen by them directly. - Variety of Projects. - Close to Station -Chance to show hobby and talent at events.

      Svantaggi

      - Directors at times get very rude in front of girls - HR not employee friendly. - Bathrooms are not clean. - No Holiday on Gandhi Jayanti and christmas. - Real Decision happen only by directors less power in managers power
