The flexable hours at Bass Pro were great. They were able to work with me and my hectic school schedule.

The way they do their performace reviews. I hated how they calcalculated your performance based on the time you were off of the phone. If you took too long between clocking in and getting on the phone you were docked percentage. If you were in the bathroom too long, you were docked percentage. And the only incentive they gave you for making your optium percentage was your 2 prefered days off.

Project timelines are often extremely aggressive, leaving little room for unexpected challenges and creating a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. While the work can be rewarding, the combination of tight deadlines and limited resources can make it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance at times.
