Worst place to work ever and i worked at telesolutions! I'd put 0 or negative stars if the option was there. Adding to the fact that they are unorganized, break Covid sanitation rules by not having working hand wash stations, proper distancing, have no benefits, unguaranteed hours, no proper scheduling, they have poor training and zero coaching. After 5 days of being hired of which 3 days were training if you can call that training they let me go as not a fit. I was a supervisor/team lead and quality monitor in my previous call centre i know the gig and... I'm unfit?! huh! The training consists of reading an incomplete grammatically flawed outdated manual while being ignored. After which they test your call ability (by which i mean the manager calls you unprepared without so much as the account name that the call is for) and if they find you unfit you may get a session of y-connecting. Then they expect you to succeed (master it all) in less than 2 full days. They can decide to fire you at any point for nothing. You dont even get proper credentials. They can fire you for your trainer locking you out of the system and not getting 100% on your first call monitoring.
