Extremely high turn over, and for a reason. Managers and team leaders aren’t great, hours get changed/ whole days removed to be given to others, favouritism, tension amongst works which is awkward since the workspace is so small. Very slow sometimes so you’re just standing there. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend, but there’s way worse

you get to keep old donuts.

This place has no real management, people get fired without any explanation. If you’re offered a job, just know they probably hired you to cover a busy period, and you’ll likely be let go right after your probation. The staff turnover is crazy, and they’re always short-staffed (they probably have a job posting up as you read this). The store itself is in bad shape & poorly maintained with no proper pest control. Training is almost nonexistent; you get maybe two days before you're expected to handle food and drinks like a pro. They’re also really disorganised with payments and shifts, and there’s no patience for new staff who are still trying to learn. Stock is rarely managed properly, which just adds to the stress. It’s obvious they care more about making money than taking care of their team. Honestly, don’t take this job unless you’re really out of options.
