Since the org is growing, there's a lot of room for growth if you stay around long enough. The organization is playing in a very competitive market with products that are nothing new to the industry. If you interview, I would recommend asking why they enjoy working there and gauge their responses, As you can read by previous company reviews, turnover is a historic problem as is the poor behavior of some in a leadership position. Above all, trust your gut when deciding to work here. There are a lot of smoke and mirrors as well as flat out deceit.
