Benefits are an absolute joke, Area managers are a joke, either in your face on a power trip or never around, very little in store time which makes GM be a clown and do whatever he wants including drug use, leaving early and being a total joke to the entire staff. Pay is horrible, starting around 35-40k with crap benefits there's not much motivation to "buy in", all the useless rhetoric doesn't mean anything if its just talking.
