Great pay great people great doctor

No cons no problem no fighting no drama

Present day:great employees super friendly positive environment. Honest and pleasant physicians. Past:previous employees made it tough to tolerate lots of negativity and gossip It's an office where if you can't handle constructive criticism you won't make it very far. If you have a bad attitude or made it through most jobs by giving the bare minimum you won't last. The physicians are VERY generous and more than willing to help their employees and patients. Everyone is professional but funny at times. Every employee is willing to help out in any aspect of the office. It's nice to see physicians who care about their patients looks and not so much their own pockets. It's sometimes shocking but the physicians have no issues in telling patients "We don't do Jersey lips here". It's an upscale office but with a very down to earth vibe. They are big on honesty! Very family oriented.

Sometimes the days are long. Occasional Saturday's but you are off during the week. Office is located on a main highway, traffic can be rough sometimes. It's hard to go out for lunch since you have to consider getting stuck on Rt 17.
