Thanks for all that you did for us as a Validation Engineer for over 3 years, we valued all your hard work! Thanks for highlighting our great people on site. We also understand the cons, Sandyford is in the midst of a large transition with the merging of x2 sites and there are a lot of changes to get accustomed to.       Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
