1.Indian mgmt is full of politics and regional favourism. 2. Hardware Manager is not at all qualified for the role. Doing a lot of politics with senior member of other team. Non collaborative and highly political. 3. The Processes are not in place- Eyewash for quality reviews- Requirements elicitation to design to test results - all are low quality and fudged. 4. Ppl are expected to take calls at 2am 3 am - yes 2am IST. 5. Escalation to Sr Managers doesn't lead to any action although the policy of Open communication. 6. Overall - Wort Place I have worked in my 17yr career. I asked couple of ppl - not to apply and those who got offer - Not to join this place.

Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
