Not recomended for freshers. - Recensione dipendente - Junior Associate presso Baxture

I have joined as a fresher. The company doesn't provide any training for you. No proper induction is provided. They told me to work on project within 2 days only. At starting I was feeling very stress. Then after a month I was assigned to another project. Where everything is to be handled by me. No help from seniors(depends upon the project). Within a 3 months I was very stressfull about this job. So If you are fresher dont join this company.Try MNC or other comapnies where they provide proper training.
