High standard level international pharmaceutical company which was activated in Iran (in pharma) by buying Schering AG in 2005-2006. I was there for 10 years, starting as fresh medical representative and left as BUM. I surved lots of usefull training courses there.
Svantaggi
Less flexibility than other companies, specially in Iran. In fast moving markets like Iran, Bayer is too slow. Big changes happened in last couple of years in global level ended in some negative results in countries like Iran.
