Thank you for this difficult feedback. We want to put customer needs, not the CEO or other leaders, at the center, and, instead of work moving up and down a layered org chart, we will put more power in the hands of those doing the work. We want to spark cross-functional teams and flow resources towards projects that focus on our mission: Health for all, Hunger for none.
