      Bayview promotion of office politics, and favouritism is rife. Poor decision making based on the IT Mgmts personal feelings rather than facts and business outlook. The Info Tech team has high turnover rate due to the lack of support and high workload. Incompetent leadership and the toxic environment leaves this company in disarray.
