      Focused on the patient, supportive of their people, fast-paced, and growing, which means I'm/We are all growing and having exposure to things we normally wouldn't at larger organizations. The company lives thier values of transparency, candor, and Be Human! I love the people, the science, and the work I'm doing.

      It's super fast-paced. Not a lot of time to enjoy the growing years. Fast growth, growing pains for sure.
