- Management listen to you. And often put your ideas into motion. It’s great to feel heard. -Pay is above industry standards, you feel valued and motivated as a result. -Product is great and sometimes sells itself. It’s also easy to understand and explain which is a massive plus. -I feel rewarded and recognised for my hard work, which is a big thing for me. -Flexible working, meaning I can work from home. -Good progression opportunities -Management are transparent about whats going on and future plans etc Genuinely the best place I’ve worked

Not many places to get food during lunch, but if you bring in a packed lunch then you’re all set.

It can be hit or miss with managers, but I personally had a great manager who was super supportive and allowed me to grow immensely during my time at BME. A lot of my colleagues were genuinely great people too, and I loved the diversity with many people from different countries and cultures.

Waaay too ambitious for the reality of the company. Each person probably does the job of around 5 people. Yes, it's a start-up, but if people are overworked, severely undertrained, and have to deal with a 'my way or the highway' attitude from some members of leadership, it's not a great environment to work in.
