The pay could be higher

At berepublic I was able to fully understand the end to end of a digital business by working in a wide variety of projects with top clients and a multidisciplinary team from which you can learn a lot Office location is great, the working environment is good and the structure is very flat.

Sometimes you can be involved in different projects at the same time, and you will need to change quickly between projects from very different industries and scope, which is a very nice learning opportunity but it can be somewhat stressful
