      Entry/Mid-level staff members are very supportive of one another and are looking out for the best of the clients.

      -Low pay with no signs of raises or bonuses. -Lack of work/life balance. -Company continually lays off employees for various reasons (non-related to work performance) while still hiring from the outside. -No vacation days for 1 year and no mental health days offered.

      Staff I work with are supportive and are always there to help me when I ask. Supervisors are easy to work with and everyone pulls their weight around the center.

      Things can change fast here and this is a very fast paced work place if you're used to working at a slower pace.
