I love working for Beacon Mobility. There's a level of respect for people here that I have not experienced very frequently in my 20+ years working in "Corporate America". It's a nice place to work.

On-boarding wasn't great, but they're working on making it better, and I have faith onboarding will improve.

None. Cultural Values posted are just whitewash. Upper management does not care, they don’t do the right thing, we don’t have fun.

1. Poor time tracking. You will lose thousands of $. 2. No paid PTO (personal time off). 3. Weird rules that do not allow long weekends around holidays or you will go unpaid. 4. Always blame the driver, because the Company fears losing the contract. 5. Openly flaunt the law and don’t care. 6. You are always under surveillance cameras and constantly critiqued even though the Lytx System is wrong (phantom stop signs, etc.). Poor pay and benefits.
