I own the Company I think the team is great and the opportunity stellar

Growth means regular change and it is difficult at times for team members

If you live nearby and prefer to drive to work, the commute can be good. That's it as far as Pros go.

Super small company, feels like you're in a fish bowl at all times. Headed by a an egotistical condescending CEO/owner. No room for growth, low pay, many pointless meetings, management and co-workers playing favorites like it's junior high school, fund of funds with no real "financial acumen" of their own. No direction at all, run haphazardly.
