This toxic culture has eroded trust and camaraderie among colleagues. 4. Back-to-Office Excuse: The company's decision to mandate a return to the office is being seen as nothing more than an excuse to get rid of people. Many employees have proven their ability to work remotely effectively, but the leadership seems determined to force an outdated, one-size-fits-all approach. This has left many employees feeling undervalued and disposable.
