Had a family feel, this is slowly going away -free lunch -lots of fun events -really nice offices -creative UWing, love the job and flexibility -our reputation is amazing in the industry -working with claims and everyone on all level. Easy to talk to anyone and group think

-executives blame employees for problems they create. The executives are the worst part of Beazley -heavy workload with lots of people leaving recently -some teams have toxic culture (mine does, and you can tell with how bad the turnover is) -salaries can be low and bonuses are getting weaker. Higher ups dont always want whats best for you either -I really dont like what has been happening to Beazley the past 2 years, I am worried with the Zurich purchase for we are a shell of what we used to be in such a short amount of time
