Bebashi naturally has a supportive team environment. Most employees were collaborative and willing to help one another, which made managing teams smoother. Bebashi also offers many opportunities for growth; employees who showed initiative were often given chances to learn new skills or take on added responsibility. The organization attracts motivated employees who care about the community and doing quality work. Finally, the organization makes a huge positive impact on thousands of people.

Bebashi is doing many things at once for many people, therefore, it is a fast-paced environment, which may not suit everyone. The workload and pace can be challenging for those who need a slower or more predictable setting. Finally, scheduling flexibility was sometimes restricted when organizational needs were high, but that can be seen as a pro or con because the organization regards the needs of the community as priority, so we simply had to do what had to be done, even if it meant staying late or arriving early ever so often.
