They don’t value real merit just look which is cheap. indian are get trained by qualified us emplyee than indian get the job and promotion but qualified usa employee get no promotions. Now india has more project than usa, coworkers says its now run by indian maf!a Everything now a days they do very cheap- example- company party or coffee mug.
