Tyler, the company founder, is hands on in every aspect of the company. He's always willing to help, encouraging questions alongside a good attitude. Tyler is very approachable and values each individual employee, looking out for everyone's well being, including that of the customer's. You really feel like part of a team because you are. And the coach/captain does everything in his power to facilitate quality and excellence in the services the team provides.

The work is manual labor, and it can be difficult at times. Strive to find a pace that allows you to overcome the lengths and challenges across each project, remembering to never sacrifice quality for the sake of speed.

Our leadership is working to improve communication within the company, the hours are alright-a little high, but that's to be expected during our busy season.

- A great company, years ago but the current leadership team and consultant is short sighted - Everything is always in panic mode - Tear down management style - Unhonest to clients to maximize revenue, jobs not completed but money collected, sometimes the job isn't even started
