Family atmosphere If a team member is experiencing a loss or a birthday or whatever it may be, everyone always comes together and I love that. Pet friendly environment which just makes the work day so much better! Amy K has been an amazing leader and the fact that she genuinely cares and wants the best for each and every person. It’s easy to work for a leader like that. There’s a lot of positive changes happening, new HR -who is absolutely a god send, personally and for the company! I believe she’s going to do great things for bee window! This is a great company to work for! They are flexible, understanding! Pay is good and fair! Hours are wonderful No weekends -if your not sales- Insurance isn’t the best; but at least they offer it Truly very happy to have landed at bee window and have had the opportunities for growth
