The working environment itself is good, with talented and friendly colleagues, but the management is messy and lacks direction, especially regarding hiring and people management. The management is not accessible, and they often treat employees as disposable rather than investing in their growth. There’s no clear path for career progression, and they use terms like "distractions" as an excuse to let people go. - Disorganised management and hiring practices - Managers are not accessible and treats employees like they’re disposable - No career progression or support for growth
